Comparison review
The Galaxy A50s has a general score of 86.6, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40 lite 5G's 83.4 overall score. Both devices we are comparing here work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. The Galaxy A50s is a somewhat lighter and thinner cellphone than the Huawei P40 lite 5G, although both of them were only released with a couple of months difference.
The Huawei P40 lite 5G has a processor that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy A50s one, both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount. Huawei P40 lite 5G features a display that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy A50s one, although the Huawei P40 lite 5G also has a little bit higher pixels density, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy A50s features a slightly better camera than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition, a camera in the back with a much lower 48 mega-pixels resolution and a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light photography.
