The Galaxy A50s is slightly better than the LG G8S ThinQ, having a global score of 86.6 against 82.5. Even when the Galaxy A50s and the LG G8S ThinQ were released only 4 months apart, the Galaxy A50s is just a bit lighter and a little thinner. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy A50s has older 10 version and LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
