Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A50s's score of 86.6. These phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Despite being the best in this review, the Motorola edge body is heavier and thicker than Samsung Galaxy A50s. Motorola edge and Galaxy A50s feature quite similar processors, both of them have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy A50s counts with a little sharper display than Motorola edge, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Samsung Galaxy A50s also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Motorola edge takes a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola edge also has a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light captures and videos, a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a lot more megapixels camera in the back.
Motorola edge has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A50s, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola edge counts with a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy A50s, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.
