Comparison review

The Galaxy A50s is a bit better than Galaxy M30, with an 86.6 score against 82.4. Although the Galaxy A50s and the Galaxy M30 were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy A50s is just a bit thinner and a little lighter. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A50s has an older 10 version and Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Samsung Galaxy A50s features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy M30. Both have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A50s has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A50s also has a bit higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a little more pixels per inch of screen.

Samsung Galaxy M30 has as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Samsung Galaxy A50s one, both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB and equal internal storage. Samsung Galaxy M30 counts with longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.

The Galaxy A50s captures greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures and video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video resolution, a way better resolution camera in the back and a way bigger sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures.
