The Galaxy S20 is a bit better than Galaxy A50s, having a 94.8 score against 86.6. Although Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy A50s were released only 5 months apart, Galaxy S20's body is just a little bit thicker but a little lighter than the Galaxy A50s. These devices work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version while Galaxy A50s has Android 10.

Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy A50s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a better screen pixel density.
