Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is slightly better than Galaxy A50, getting a 90.8 score against 83.8. Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's construction is newer than the Galaxy A50's, although it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Samsung Galaxy A50 and Samsung Galaxy A51 5G both have quite similar displays, although the Samsung Galaxy A50 has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, a little less pixels per display inch and a bit smaller screen.
Galaxy A50's processor is just as good as Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's processing unit, and although the Galaxy A50 has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G counts with just a bit bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy A51 5G counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a 13% more battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a way more MP back-facing camera and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
Although Galaxy A51 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy A50. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy A51 5G, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy A50, giving up a couple specifications.
