Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's 90.8 score. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has Android 11. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, we must note that it is also heavier and a little thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little sharper screen than Galaxy A51 5G, because it has a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen and a little larger display.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy A51 5G, and although they both have a 0.5 inches sensor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger camera aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited environments, a back facing camera with a much better 108 mega pixels resolution and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with as much memory capacity for applications and games as the Galaxy A51 5G one, both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy A51 5G, because it has an 11% bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A51 5G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A51 5G. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy A51 5G, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
