Galaxy S21 Ultra has a global score of 98.1, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's 90.8 general score. These phones include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding operating system features. Although the Galaxy S21 Ultra is newer than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, it's somewhat heavier and a little thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because it has a better 1440 x 3200px resolution, a greater screen pixels density and a little bigger screen.
