Samsung Galaxy A52 has an overall score of 90.7, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A9 (2018)'s score of 85.2. The Samsung Galaxy A52 body is notably newer, but just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier than Galaxy A9 (2018). The Galaxy A52 has a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch of display, a bit bigger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px.

Galaxy A9 (2018) features a CPU that's very similar to the Galaxy A52 one, both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. Galaxy A52 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A52 also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution camera.
