Comparison review

The Galaxy A52 is slightly better than Sony Xperia 5 III, getting a 90.7 score against 90.5. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy A52 is a heavier and just a little bit thicker phone than the Sony Xperia 5 III. Sony Xperia 5 III has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A52, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better display pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px.

The Xperia 5 III has a way bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A52, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB, the Xperia 5 III also has 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia 5 III has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A52, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 III also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 shoots better videos and photos than Xperia 5 III, because although it has worse video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs or video in low-light environments, and they both have a same size sensor and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A52 also counts with a lot more megapixels back camera.

The Xperia 5 III's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery duration in Galaxy A52.
