Samsung Galaxy A52 has a score of 90.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8's 83.3 general score. Samsung Galaxy A52 is a noticeably newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi 8, although it is just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier. The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a bit better screen than Galaxy A52, although it has a little worse pixels density, a bit smaller display and a little lower 1080 x 2248 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi 8 has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A52. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Galaxy A52 takes much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same camera aperture and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A52 also has a lot bigger sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality and a back camera with a much higher resolution.
