Apple iPhone XS Max is much better than Samsung Galaxy A7, getting a score of 84.5 against 75.4. Even though Apple iPhone XS Max is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy A7, it is much heavier and somewhat thicker. Apple iPhone XS Max has a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A7, because although it has lesser cores (but faster) and doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have a 64 bits processing unit, the Apple iPhone XS Max also counts with 2 GB more RAM.

The Galaxy A7 counts with a little bit better looking display than iPhone XS Max, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a just a little less pixels per display inch and a little bit smaller display.
