The Google Nexus 5 has a general score of 76, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A7's global score of 75.4. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 5 has the older 4.4.3 version while Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Google Nexus 5 is an older and incredibly thicker cellphone than the Galaxy A7, but Google made it a little lighter anyway.

Google Nexus 5 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy A7, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Google Nexus 5 also counts with a just a little better display pixels density.
