The OnePlus 8 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A7, having a score of 76 against 75.4. OnePlus 8's construction is incredibly newer, but incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy A7. OnePlus 8 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit and a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits, and they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy A7 and the OnePlus 8 count with extremely similar screens, although the OnePlus 8 also has a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution, a little better pixels number in each inch of display and a larger screen.
