Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 81.8, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A7's general score of 75.4. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the newer 5.0 version while Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's design is a bit lighter but somewhat thicker than Galaxy A7, and both were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A7, and although they both have a 64-bits CPU and 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a greater amount of RAM and a better 650 megahertz graphics processor. Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A7, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels amount per inch in the screen and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 features a little bit more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy S6 Edge captures a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A7, because it has a camera with more mega pixels and a much higher video quality.
The Galaxy S6 Edge's battery performance is just as good as the Galaxy A7 one.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy S6 Edge is also cheap compared to the other phone.
