Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 81.8, which is a bit better than Galaxy A7's overall score of 75.3. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version while Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it provides you a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy A7 were released with only a few months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge construction is just a bit lighter but also somewhat thicker than Galaxy A7.
