LG V50 ThinQ is slightly better than Galaxy A8 Star, with a general score of 83.7 against 82.1. The LG V50 ThinQ construction is just a little bit thicker but just a bit lighter than the Galaxy A8 Star, and both were released with only a couple months difference. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but LG V50 ThinQ has an older 10 version while Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
