Galaxy A8 Star has a general score of 82.1, which is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy A8 Star has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, so it provides you lots of additional features. The Galaxy A8 Star construction is a lot newer and noticeably thinner than the Motorola DROID Turbo's, but it is a little bit heavier.

Motorola DROID Turbo has a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Motorola DROID Turbo features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has less processing cores and 3 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor.

The Galaxy A8 Star features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 400 GB. The Galaxy A8 Star counts with just a bit better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a lower (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with lot less MP resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture.
