The Galaxy A8 Star has a global score of 82.1, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's 81.7 overall score. Even though Galaxy A8 Star is a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, it's just a bit thinner and also newer. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0 version, giving you some additional features.
Galaxy Note Edge has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra GPU.
