The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, with an 82.1 score against 79.3. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a much newer phone than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, although it is heavier and a little bit thicker. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version, so it gives some extra features.
The Galaxy A8 Star features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 7 more cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
