Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) and Huawei P20 Lite (2019) both have extremely similar displays, although the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) also has a bit higher 1080 x 2310 resolution, a little greater pixels quantity in each screen inch and a little bigger screen.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) captures much better photographs and videos than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because it has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low light situations, a lot better video resolution and a much more mega-pixels back camera.
