Comparison review
The LG Velvet is just a bit better than the Galaxy A9 (2018), having an 87.1 score against 85.2. The LG Velvet construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy A9 (2018), but it's a little bit lighter. LG Velvet has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A9 (2018). Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 6 GB RAM memory.
The LG Velvet counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a little higher pixels density, a little larger display and a quite better 1080 x 2460 resolution. The LG Velvet features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB.
LG Velvet has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a 13 percent larger battery capacity. The LG Velvet captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the LG Velvet also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega pixels and a way bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality.
