Galaxy A9 (2018) is a bit better than the Moto G 5G, getting an 85.2 score against 81.5. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy A9 (2018) is older than the Moto G 5G, it's body is lighter and incredibly thinner. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) features a bit better CPU than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Moto G 5G features a display that is very similar to the display in Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), although the Moto G 5G also has a little better screen density, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bit larger display. The Moto G 5G takes a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same video quality, the same video frame rates and a F1.7 diafragm aperture, the Moto G 5G also has a back facing camera with a lot better 48 MP resolution.
