Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a score of 85.2, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S9's 83.3 general score. Even though Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) and the Samsung Galaxy S9 were only released 8 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) design is somewhat heavier but also a bit thinner. Galaxy S9 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy A9 (2018), although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Samsung Galaxy S9 has a more vivid display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better pixels quantity per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor giving a lower image quality, lower 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also counts with a lot more mega pixels camera.
