The HTC U23 Pro is a little bit better than the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), with a 77.8 score against 74.4. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC U23 Pro has an older 13 version while Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
