The HTC U23 Pro is a little bit better than the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), with a 77.8 score against 74.4. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC U23 Pro has an older 13 version while Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo version. HTC U23 Pro is a a lot newer and a little bit lighter device than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), although it's thicker.
