Huawei Mate 20 has a global score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016)'s 74.4 overall score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) has Android 8.0 Oreo, providing the user a lot of extra features. The Huawei Mate 20 construction is much newer and lighter than the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016)'s, although it's also a bit thicker.
Huawei Mate 20 features a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), because it has a little higher count of pixels per inch of screen, a quite better 1080 x 2244 resolution and a bit larger display. Huawei Mate 20 features more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 20 has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016). They have a 4 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), because although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a bigger sensor and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos.
