Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Nexus has 4.3 version while Samsung Galaxy Ace DUOS has Android 2.3, so it provides the user a couple additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy Nexus is a just a little heavier but way thinner device than Samsung Galaxy Ace DUOS.
