Comparison review
Galaxy Amp has a global score of 57, which is a little bit better than Samsung Stratosphere's 56.7 score. The Galaxy Amp is a way thinner and notably lighter cellphone than the Samsung Stratosphere. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Amp has a more recent 4.1.2 version while Samsung Stratosphere has Android 2.3 version, providing the user some extra features.
Samsung Galaxy Amp has a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Stratosphere, because it has a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. Samsung Stratosphere has a display that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Amp's screen, both of them have a display of the same size, the same resolution of 800 x 480 and the same amount of pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Stratosphere's camera is just as good as the camera in Samsung Galaxy Amp, they have a same resolution back camera, the same video quality and the same video frame rates. The Samsung Stratosphere and Galaxy Amp have extremely similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have equal 4 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB.
The Samsung Stratosphere counts with superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Amp, because it has a 1800mAh battery size instead of 1500mAh.
Although Galaxy Amp is a better device, it is a little more expensive than Samsung Stratosphere, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Stratosphere. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Amp, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Stratosphere, letting go some specs and features.
