Galaxy C7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note3, getting a 77.7 score against 77.7. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy C7 has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy C7 body is a lot newer and thinner than the Galaxy Note3's, although it is just a bit heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 and the Galaxy Note3 count with very similar displays, they have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a display of the same size and the same pixels density. Samsung Galaxy C7 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Note3, because it has a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 has just a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 takes a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution and a tinier aperture, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video definition.
