The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than Samsung Galaxy C7, having a general score of 85.6 against 77.7. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
