The Xperia TL is better than the Samsung Galaxy Core 2, with a overall score of 66.1 against 59.2. Xperia TL is a just a little thinner but a bit heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy Core 2. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia TL has older 4.1 version while Samsung Galaxy Core 2 has Android 4.4.2 version.

The Xperia TL counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy Core 2, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and more RAM memory. Sony Xperia TL counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Core 2, and although they both have a same size display, the Sony Xperia TL also has a lot higher resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a way higher pixels density.

Sony Xperia TL counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Core 2, because although it has an external memory card slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 12 GB more internal storage. Sony Xperia TL captures greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Core 2, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera with a lot higher resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Core 2 counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia TL, because it has a 2000mAh battery size.

Xperia TL is a bit more expensive than Galaxy Core 2, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
