Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Core Plus, having an 81.8 score against 59.3. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's body is just a little bit lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Core Plus. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Core Plus has Android 4.2.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a lot better display than Galaxy Core Plus, because it has a bigger display, a lot better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a lot higher pixels quantity per inch of screen.
