Samsung Galaxy Core Plus Review

Samsung Galaxy Core Plus is an interesting Android cellphone, featuring a great performance Dual-Core CPU running at 1.2 gigahertz, a 4.3 inches display, and 2 cameras, a 5 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera.

Samsung equipped this cellphone with a fast Dual-Core CPU running at 1.2 GHz, included in the Broadcom chip with 768 MB of RAM memory. This cellphone has a 4 GB internal storage memory, a medium amount that should be fine for the average user knowing that this phone also has a slot for SD memory cards to store photographs and videos and even some apps that can be installed in the external memory.

This phone is a bit heavy comparing with today standards, with a weight of 4.67 ounces. This cellphone is for sale in three different colors, black, pink and white. The Core Plus has a gorgeous design, with a thickness of just 0.37 inches.

The Core Plus has two cameras, a 5 MP back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera. The Core Plus also shoots videos in 1280x720 (HD) at 30 frames per second. Additionally, the camera has some interesting characteristics like flash, geo tagging and auto-focus.

Samsung designed the Core Plus with a good looking 4.3" screen, and a resolution of 800 x 480 , which makes it hard to see the pixels forming the screen. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

This phone offers Wi-Fi connection (and it can provide it to other devices as a mobile hotspot), 4G HSPA+ internet connection, that is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and 3G fast internet connection, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone counts with a mid sized 1800 mAh removable battery providing this cellphone with a quite short battery duration.

This phone also comes with a couple nice features like NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your phone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (for communication with other bluetooth devices, computers, and accessories) and GPS, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The Core Plus is not a very good choice considering it is priced 325 dollars, and some similar phones are sold for much less than that.
