Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is much better than the Galaxy J5 (2017), getting a score of 81.2 against 71.8. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is much newer than the Galaxy J5 (2017), it's a lot heavier and thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a little more vivid display than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a way higher resolution of 2080 x 2448px, a way bigger screen and a way better amount of pixels per inch of screen.
Galaxy J5 (2017) has a much faster CPU than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a much better camera than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality and a back camera with way more mega pixels.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
