Samsung Galaxy M20 has a score of 78.9, which is much better than Galaxy J5 (2017)'s 71.8 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy M20 is a newer device than the Galaxy J5 (2017), although it is heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy M20 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy M20 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy M20 has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340, a better display density and a larger display. Galaxy M20 features a camera that's very similar to the camera in Galaxy J5 (2017), and although the Galaxy M20 has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for taking images and video in low-light environments, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video quality and a same resolution camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has more internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a superior battery performance than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
