Comparison review
LG G7 ThinQ has a general score of 81, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star's 73.1 general score. Although LG G7 ThinQ and the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star were released only a couple months apart, LG G7 ThinQ is lighter and just a little thinner. Both of these devices use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS.
LG G7 ThinQ features a much better screen than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a way better resolution of 1440 x 3120, a way higher pixels density and a bit bigger display. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little better performance than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
LG G7 ThinQ takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor giving a lower image quality, it also counts with a larger aperture for better photography in low-light situations, a better 16 MP resolution camera in the back and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
The LG G7 ThinQ features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy J7 Star features just a little better battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 10% bigger battery capacity.
The LG G7 ThinQ costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
