Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ is much better than the Galaxy J7 Star, with an 82.5 score against 73.1. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has older 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie. Even when LG V30S ThinQ and the Galaxy J7 Star were released only a couple of months apart, LG V30S ThinQ is somewhat thinner and lighter.

LG V30S ThinQ has just a little better performance than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The LG V30S ThinQ features a lot better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a much better 1440 x 2880 resolution, a little larger display and a much higher pixel density.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. LG V30S ThinQ and Galaxy J7 Star both count with really similar batteries.

The LG V30S ThinQ takes just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking less light and dull colors, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light images, a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with more MP.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy J7 Star, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy J7 Star. So if you need that extra features, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy J7 Star, letting go some specifications.
