Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is way better than the Galaxy J7 Star, getting a global score of 93.6 against 73.1. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has the previous 11 version while Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G body is newer and a bit thinner, but just a little heavier than Galaxy J7 Star.
