The Galaxy S20 is much better than Galaxy J7 Star, getting a overall score of 94.8 against 73.1. The Galaxy S20 construction is newer, a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the Galaxy J7 Star. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie.
