Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, with an 83.8 score against 73.1. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s's construction is just a little thinner but just a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and both were only released 3 months apart. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px, much more pixels per inch in the screen and a little bit larger display.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s features a superior CPU than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a little bit better camera than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a back-facing camera with a worse resolution and a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting photographs or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot better video definition and a bigger sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy J7 Star, letting go some features and specifications.
