Asus ROG Phone 6D is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), getting a 79.8 score against 71.9. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D has an older 12 version and Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Asus ROG Phone 6D body is a lot newer, but notably heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy J7 V (2018).
Asus ROG Phone 6D counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a much better resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels, a bigger screen and a higher display density. Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) has a much more powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 6D, although it has 14 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D has a much greater memory to install games and applications than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 6D takes greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.
Asus ROG Phone 6D counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
