The HTC U Ultra is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), with a overall score of 77 against 71.9. Despite of the fact that the HTC U Ultra is older than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's design is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter. The HTC U Ultra has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a lot more pixels per display inch, a much higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a quite bigger display.
HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory. HTC U Ultra counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has lesser cpu cores , it also counts with 2 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy J7 V (2018) has a bit superior battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 10 percent more battery size. The HTC U Ultra takes a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photos or videos in low-light situations and a camera with a worse 12 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018). So if you want that extra features, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), resigning a couple features and specs.
