OPPO Find X2 Neo is a bit better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), having a general score of 77.7 against 71.9. OPPO Find X2 Neo's construction is newer, thinner and a little lighter than the Galaxy J7 V (2018). Both of these phones use Android OS, but OPPO Find X2 Neo has the older 10 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo.
