Galaxy Note 5 has a general score of 79.3, which is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s general score of 71.9. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Note 5 has the previous 5.1 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Galaxy Note 5 is an a lot older cellphone than Galaxy J7 V (2018), but Samsung managed to build it a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.
