Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M13's 81.1 overall score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M13 has Android 12 version.
