Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s has a general score of 88, which is slightly better than Apple iPhone XS Max's 84.5 score. The Galaxy M31s construction is newer and just a bit lighter, but also somewhat thicker than Apple iPhone XS Max. IPhone XS Max features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
IPhone XS Max features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a same size display, the iPhone XS Max also has a slightly higher 1242 x 2688 pixels resolution and a just a bit more pixels per inch of display. Galaxy M31s shoots much clearer pictures and videos than iPhone XS Max, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a much higher 64 megapixels resolution.
The Galaxy M31s features a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone XS Max, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and more internal memory. Galaxy M31s has a much longer battery performance than iPhone XS Max, because it has an 89% more battery size.
