Samsung Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note9's 87.1 score. The Samsung Galaxy M31s construction is newer than Samsung Galaxy Note9's, but it is just a bit thicker and a bit heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better pixel count in each inch in the screen.
The Galaxy Note9's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy M31s one, they have an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Note9 has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy M31s. Both have 8 cores and 6 GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has slower video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels and a much larger sensor.
