Samsung Galaxy M31s is better than the Xperia XZ2, with a score of 88 against 79.1. The Samsung Galaxy M31s design is a lot newer and thinner than the Xperia XZ2's, but it's also just a bit heavier. The Xperia XZ2 counts with a little bit better display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density.
The Xperia XZ2 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy M31s, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy M31s counts with a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZ2, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy M31s features a much better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy M31s has a superior camera than Xperia XZ2, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality, a camera with a much better 64 mega pixels resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
