Asus ROG Phone 3 has a score of 86.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy M40's 85 overall score. Asus ROG Phone 3's design is newer, but way thicker and much heavier than Galaxy M40. Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a quite worse screen pixel density, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340px resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with a little larger display.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
