Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a general score of 85.3, which is slightly better than Galaxy M40's 85 score. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has the newer 11 version and Galaxy M40 has Android 10, so it counts with a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Microsoft Surface Duo 2's construction is extremely newer and thinner than Galaxy M40's, but it's a lot heavier.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy M40, because although it has a bit inferior pixels number in each inch of screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1892 x 2688 and a much larger screen. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M40, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy M40 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Galaxy M40 counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M40 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features greater battery duration than Galaxy M40, because it has 4449mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
